There are different options depending on who you are (Club Member, Non-Club Member, Club Exec) and whether or not you'd like to present at the Project Showcase. Please read the details below for how to register accordingly.
Registration Process
Process for Club Members
- Register through this form: CUCAI General Registration
- Select 'Yes' for student club membership and note which student club you are a part of
- Check with your club leadership that you are on your club's list of attending students
- You can register from January 15-25
- We will send confirmation of attendance by Jan 30
Process for Other Attendees (Non-Club Members)
- Register through this form: CUCAI General Registration
- Select 'No' for student club membership
- You can register from January 15-25
- We will review your registration and send confirmation of attendance by Jan 30
Process for Student Club Partners (Club Execs)
- All Student Club Partners will Send Us their list of expected CUCAI attendees and presenting groups.
- This list will be cross-referenced with our registration list
- Those who have registered that are confirmed by their club's list will be automatically approved
For Teams Interested in Presenting at CUCAI
Team Lead
- 1 per group (if your project has multiple managers, choose 1. if you are solo, you are your own lead)
- Select 'Yes' for presenting at the Project Showcase
- Select 'Yes' for team lead when registering
- Fill out the registration form with the project description and list of team member names (only those planning to attend CUCAI)
Non-Lead Team Members
- Select 'Yes' for presenting at the Project Showcase
- Select 'No' for team lead when registering
- Fill out the registration form with the name of your team lead and your project name
